Although we aren't in school this week, I hope everyone still takes the time to get some
physical activities done from home! There are still plenty of things you can get done! Some ideas.. Jumping Jacks Squats Lunges Stretch! Jump Rope Dips using your couch/chair Running in place Side Lunges Run around in the backyard! Workout Videos! Lift very light weights!
